Slovak association of shogi would like to invite you to shogi tournament that takes place in the very heart of little big city of Bratislava. Event is organized in cooperation with tea house At the bone tree.

Main event
5 rounds, no handicap, Swiss system, 30 minutes and 30 seconds byoyomi, tie-breaker:median of opponent ratings.
King of all animals
5 to 7 rounds, Swiss system, 5 minutes sudden death, tie-breaker:median of opponent ratings.

Prizes
First place: min.30€ Material prizes for best non-rated player and winner of animal shogi tournament. All other possible prizes (second and third place) depends on number of participants.

Due to capacity limit of the tea house, less than twenty heads, we recommend pre-registration or just at least please let us know when you are coming. If we by any means reach limit we try to squeeze as much as possible, but at the end preregistered players has priority.

There are plenty of hotels of all price ranges at Bratislava’s center. We will gladly assist you, just contact us please.
